Community Development

Task Force Description

Communities have different needs when it comes to parks, historic preservation, tourism, zoning/land use and regulation. The ACCE Community Development committee is dedicated to providing leadership to address these needs using limited government and free market solutions as an answer to growing communities.

Community Development model policies strive to achieve minimal regulation, free-market best practices and financial effectiveness, which when implemented create a more responsive local government.

All communities need elected leaders who can adapt to emerging innovation and new ideas and programs that benefit taxpayers. The Community Development Committee is on the cutting edge of policy development, research and analysis to meet challenges head on.
